Meal preperation is extra except breakfast preperation is free. a 24 hour notification to staff for any meal preperation is required

Gina and I are here to provide all the Conciege service you will need before arrival, including prebooking Airport tansfers, excursions, car/boat rentals. and to assist in assuring that your vacation is a successful
one.
Air/condition is also available nightly. Additional A/C during the day time will cost with any special offered guest will have to pay. (US $25/suit/12hrday.)
Please leave doors lebeled, closed when A/C is on. A/C will not function if doors are left open and or may be distroyed.

We at Villa Gina strongly recommend insurance to cover delay/canceled travel services due to weather, health, family and personal matters, and comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, loss of personal property, medical expenses and flight cancealation.
To our visitors
As owner of Villa Gina, I will be the first to acknowledge the seemingly paradise tropical island of St.lucia and my villa is not perfect, and therefore is not free from Tropical pest as ants roaches and mice, not even in My Disney Vacation house in Orlando Florida. That’s why we have a quarterly Pest Control Maintenance program, like many Villas on the island. I am sure most home owners would agree is an issue all over the world. We would lke all our visitors to assist us to control these pest and please not eat in the suits, and to put all unused foods in the refrigerator at all times. Tanks

Special Events

Children
Please note becouse of high balconies the villa is better suited for adults families with young children under 4 can stay at the villa as long as they willing to sign a weiver. Our housekeeper is not a trained nanny |
Cancellation PolicyÂ
Please note, we receive requests for the villa on a daily basis, so in order for us to to secure your dates you would need to send a nonrefundable deposit of 25% within 7 days of booking. The balance to be paid 60 days before arrival. 75% refundable, if cancellation occurs anytime up to 60 days before commencement of the rental. After that, no refunds will be made. All payments should be made by certified/personal checks, direct bank transfer, Visa. MasterCard, Discover card, or traveler’s checks.
Security/Damage Deposit Damage Policy
Guest shall pay a security deposit in the amount of us $500.00 USD, before arrival on island. The deposit shall be refunded within 14 days after the Premises have been vacated, provided, however, extensive cleaning costs (owner assumes cleaning time of ten hours) have been deducted, as applicable, all sets of keys have been returned, telephone obligations have been cleared, as applicable, and the premises are left in the same condition as received, normal wear accepted. Applicable to all bookings for minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US $50.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. Any damages/breakages/missing items in excess of US $50.00 will be covered by either Villa Gina/ Property manager damages deposit form. Cell phone and house keys are the full responsibility of guest to return upon departure. |
