Villa Staff
Inclusive in the Villa rates are our very professional and experienced staff. Our staff members are very knowledgeable about St. Lucia, so be sure to enlist their help in assuring that your vacation is a successful one. 

Denyse Elliot — Island manager
Denyse will provide all of the concierge services you would expect from a first-class resort.

Merlin — Housekeeper/Cook
Merlin works from Sunday to Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm. She handles daily cleaning of the Villa, laundry, and she is available upon request for cooking and meal preparation, etc.

Benedict — Security/Maintenance
Benedict lives in his own separate apartment adjacent to the Villa and is there to assist all guests if they have any queries.

Tips
Guests typically tip approximately US $10—$50 per individual guest per week (divided between staff).

Check In/Check Out Times

Arrival time: any time after 2:00 p.m.
Departure time: any time before 12:00 noon
(Unless prior arrangements have been made with Island Manager)

TRAVEL  INSURANCE

We at Villa Gina strongly recommend insurance to cover delay/canceled travel services due to weather, health, family and personal matters, and comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, loss of personal property and medical expenses.

Cancellation Policy 
Please note, we receive requests for the villa on a daily basis, so in order for us to to secure your dates you would need to send a nonrefundable deposit of 25% within 7 days of booking. The balance to be paid 45 days before arrival. 75% refundable, if cancellation occurs anytime up to 45 days before commencement of the rental. After that, no refunds will be made. All payments should be made by certified/personal checks, direct bank transfer, Visa. MasterCard, Discover card, or traveler’s checks.

Security/Damage Deposit Damage Policy
Guest shall pay a security deposit in the amount of us $500.00 USD, before arrival on island. The deposit shall be refunded within 14 days after the Premises have been vacated, provided, however, extensive cleaning costs (owner assumes cleaning time of ten hours) have been deducted, as applicable, all sets of keys have been returned, telephone obligations have been cleared, as applicable, and the premises are left in the same condition as received, normal wear accepted. Applicable to all bookings for minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US $50.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. Any damages/breakages/missing items in excess of US $50.00 will be covered by either Villa Gina/ Property manager damages deposit form. Cell phone and house keys are the full responsibility of guest to return upon departure.
