Surrounded by a 1-acre lush, outdoor garden with a variety of tropical flowers, trees and shrubs, the Villa is styled with exquisite wood furnishing and design using a variety of custom woodwork.

Unusually large windows and doors in the Loft and Great Room capture the extraordinary panoramic view of the beach cove below as well as the entire northwest coastline of St. Lucia.

From the private private pool or balcony you can see the beach below, sailboats and catamarans passing by and the nearby island of Martinique.

This new, exotic house with its huge vaulted ceiling enjoys a constant sea breeze that keeps guests cool during even the hottest months.

Walk down from the elevated pool area to the Villa entrance, which leads into the Kitchen.

Enter the Villa from Kitchen and walk into the immaculate Great Room (living area) with vaulted ceilings and a spectacular panoramic view of the Ans Becune beach and Cap Estate. 

The Great Room offers an intimate, romantic dining experience with comfortable chairs and view of the beach.

The stairway leads up to the Loft Area.

The 800 sq. ft. great room includes a comfortable living area with exquisite home furnishings, all decorated with a unique tropical flavor.

The Great Room has multiple sofas and loveseats as well as a built-in stereo speaker system, digital phone, bamboo water feature, Ceiling fan, and huge windows all around.

Balcony with Ocean View
Relax on the comfortable benches on the large balcony and take in the lush tropical coastline scenery of the island. The Master Bedroom and End Suite I both have their own private balcony and ocean view.
