We would love to have you spend your vacation at one of the Caribbean’s leading vacation destination, St. Lucia and of course Paradise Villa.

Judged Best Caribbean Property in the 2006 International Property Awards, Villa Giorgia is a very light, airy and spacious villa set in more than 1.0 acres of landscaped gardens.  This property is well located in the residential area of Cap Estate and is within a few minutes’ walk of a white sand beach and an 18 hole Golf Course. 

The house is entered through a Mediterranean style courtyard with high white walls and terra cotta floor tiles. This courtyard provides access to the main house and the adjacent one bedroom cottage.

The main house is deceptively large and internally is cooled by ceiling fans with air-conditioning units in all of the bedrooms.   French doors open from the dining room onto the courtyard, thus affording an opportunity for al fresco dining . Adjacent is the 30 foot long galley kitchen, well equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast bar. Attached to the kitchen is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen area flows through to the light and airy living room which is cooled with ceiling fans and has a large TV connected to cablevision. French doors open from the sitting room onto the spacious covered veranda, which runs the whole length of the house. The veranda is equipped with loungers and a dining table and chairs for further alfresco dining.   The very large pool and Jacuzzi can be accessed directly from the veranda.

The main house has three double bedrooms all of which boast a Queen size bed, built in air conditioning units, television and a mini hi fi system. French doors open directly from the bedrooms onto the veranda; through which guests can enjoy wonderful breezes, views of the garden and direct access to the swimming pool. The master bedroom  has a large en-suite bathroom with both a tub and a shower. Bedroom 2  also has an en-suite shower room. There is an additional shower room which can be shared by guests in bedroom 3 and guests in the small air conditioned study / bedroom 4, which is also furnished with a double bed.

The guest cottage has one air conditioned bedroom with a Queen size bed, a shower room, sitting room and a small kitchenette.
The property is situated in a gently sloping, fenced and gated garden. There are two swimming pools: a large swimming pool and a small, shallow plunge pool with concentric steps – ideal for children. There is also an 8 foot wide sundeck.

Rates and Services:

Low Season (April 15^th 2009 to December 14^th 2010):

1. Whole property (accommodating up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms) – $400 USD per night
2. Main house (accommodating up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms) – $320 USD per night
3. Cottage (accommodating up to 2 people in 1 bedroom) – $90 USD per night

High Season (December 15^th, 2009 – April 14^th, 2010.)

1. Whole property (accommodating up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms) – $640 USD per night
2. Main house (accommodating up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms) – $520 USD per night
3. Cottage (accommodating up to 2 people in 1 bedroom) – $120 USD

The 8 – 10 person rate will include the services of a housekeeper for 5 days per week  (8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.) to provide household upkeep and washing of household linens.  An additional package of services such as cooking, personal washing and ironing can be arranged by negotiation.

Arrangements have been made to provide free of charge use of the nearby St Lucia racquet club.  Up to 4 occupants of the villa can use the facilities at any one time.

Concierge services will be made available such as airport pickups and drop-offs, booking of tours, preparation of a holiday itineraries etc.

Villa Zatarra is a newly built property situated on Mahogany Drive, Cap Estate, St.Lucia.

Whilst enjoying the cool Atlantic breeze an early riser may see the sun rise from the ocean above Cotton Bay and the beach, known by locals as Cas en Bas. Villa Zatarra is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with bedroom A/C and cable tv, a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area, an office desk with wireless internet, a living room filled with large indoor tropical plants leading to an outdoor decking and patio areas surrounding a large plunge pool with a cascading waterfall, edged with smooth river stones. For typical Caribbean lifestyle living, guests can use a built in stone BBQ for delicious meals. Oh and did we mention the cool breeze?..

Villa Zatarra is well located to take advantage of all the beautiful attractions the North of the island has to offer. A relaxing 10 min walk will bring you to an east coast beach, Cas en Bas. A vast stretch of beach great for collecting driftwood and watching the kite surfers or just having a late afternoon dip.
If Golf is your hobby, then the Cap Estate Golf and Country club is just minutes from the villa. All the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Rodney Bay are between 5-10 minutes drive and other great beaches from Le Sport to Pigeon Point are all a nice 15 min stroll away.
Housekeeping is provided Monday to Friday and laundry service is available on request.

The owners live just a stone throw away and are always on hand to assist with anything required or just chat about how good island life is as they take care of the property themselves.
